Shereen Eletreby

Shereen Eletreby is a seasoned Talent Development leader with over 20 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing strategic learning solutions. As Head of Talent Development at Orascom Construction, she partners with senior leadership to build future business capabilities, address organizational gaps, and drive a sustainable learning culture across the enterprise.

In addition to her corporate role, Shereen is the founder of Chefs’ Studios—a long envisioned F&B consulting firm launched in 2021—and co-founder of Three Diner, a retro-American restaurant brand. Her entrepreneurial ventures reflect her passion for innovation, experience design, and building thriving teams and businesses from the ground up.

Shereen also works as a Career Development and Transition Facilitator, empowering individuals to explore their core career drivers, build clear action plans, and pursue purposeful professional journeys. Her earlier career includes a decade at Vodafone International Services, where she led

corporate academy development, trainer performance, and knowledge management initiatives. She also held key leadership roles such as Head of HR at Akam Developments, HR Director at Iwan Developments, and Talent Development Consultant with AB & Associates. Shereen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of the District of Columbia, graduating with honors in 2000.
