I have M.Sc.(Robotics) and B.Sc. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, then obtained MBA in the UK, and am PMP certified.
Before, I worked at international companies (Siemens, Nokia, Thuraya) on Sales/Business Development/Project Management in C-level roles.
My experience covers; Technology, Innovation, Business on ICT, Energy, Mobility across EU, C.Asia, M.East, Africa, APAC, LATAM, US, TR, as well coaching, mentoring, advising technology startups and SMEs under global organizations on R&D&I.
I have a startup background, the Partner/Managing Director, of an Estonian startup on Data Traffic Optimization, SaaS in Cloud, onboard passenger transportation vehicles.
In addition, I'm the Senior Industrial Advisor for Business Development at European Bank of Reconstruction and Development(EBRD).
Previously, my role at the European Technology Chamber(EUTECH) as the Director of Mobility and Academy Council; was to bring innovative Tech-related businesses, policy and decision makers together through better networking and collaboration opportunities providing Advocates with the flexibility to engage with specific enterprises according to their requirements. This allows businesses to customize interactions with other companies and industry experts, making it easier to collaborate and achieve common goals.
Currently, I’m the Director of Strategy & Reporting, and Sales & Marketing, at The Scientific And Technological Research Council(TÜBİTAK, Türkiye) for Business Development (Informatics&Information Security Center), and Financial performance(tech/innovation centers).
My focus is on;
Strategy
Director-level strategy and reporting experience at multiple organizations (TUBITAK, EUTECH, EBRD etc.) with proven ability to develop business strategy and financial/performance frameworks.
Startup Growth/Investment Readiness
10+ years coaching/mentoring startups and entrepreneurs through accelerators and innovation networks (EIC, Seedstars, SDG Impact etc.) with deep expertise in investor storytelling and business case development.
Business Development
Extensive experience across emerging markets and multiple sectors (Nokia, RebelRoam, Thuraya etc.) with strong P&L ownership and revenue growth track record, currently focused more on strategic advising.
