Seif Bahgat

I bring over a decade of experience spanning venture capital, startup acceleration, media, and strategic partnerships with a focus on building founder-first platforms and driving meaningful innovation across the MENA region.

Starting in digital media and marketing, I co-founded a creative agency that served clients like Giza Systems and Maker Faire Cairo, before transitioning into the entrepreneurship ecosystem. I spent five years at Flat6Labs, leading startup scouting, program design, and ecosystem partnerships. During that time, I reviewed 1,000 startups and helped design national initiatives in sectors like GovTech, AgriTech, and ConTech.

As General Manager of Lantern Ventures, I oversaw operations, investments, and strategic growth helping the studio evolve from a startup builder into an impact-driven venture platform. Following a merger, I now serve as Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer, where I lead external collaborations and drive regional expansion.

Today, I’m focused on deepening my impact in strategic partnerships and venture support with a long-term vision of helping shape founder-first platforms, expand regional collaboration, and contribute to sustainable growth across the MENA ecosystem.
