Richard Durech is a senior international executive and business builder, currently serving as Vice President Global Operations at Klarstein, formerly Berlin Brands Group, a European e-commerce unicorn. His experience spans scaling international businesses, M&A, venture building and the integration of 40+ consumer brands. He also spent several years in the UAE, working with Etisalat on large-scale retail and customer experience transformation. He holds a PhD in banking and finance. Throughout his career, Richard has worked with Ardian and Bain Capital, and currently works with HPS and BlackRock.
