Dr. Nancy Naguib is a Business Development and socio-economic development strategist with more than 15 years of experience across Egypt and the MENA region. Her expertise spans business development, entrepreneurship, health and community development, institutional strengthening, youth capacity building, women’s economic empowerment, sustainability, organizational growth, and the design and implementation of development programs across multiple sectors.
Throughout her career, Dr. Naguib has worked with leading international and national organizations, including Pathfinder International, GIZ, USAID, UN Women, the World Bank, the European Union, ILO, Oxfam, AUC, Shell Social Investment, and Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population.
She currently serves as Head of Business Development Consulting at the Business Development Institute (BDI), where she leads strategic partnerships, consulting initiatives, learning programs, and capacity-development projects supporting organizations, enterprises, NGOs, and social ventures.
Dr. Naguib is a consultant specializing in business development, leadership, gender mainstreaming, and organizational capacity building. She holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the United Kingdom,
