Nada Shaheen

Nada Shaheen is the Managing Director of

GB Ventures, the corporate venture capital

arm of GB Corp, one of the leading industrial

groups in the Middle East and Africa. As the

first Egyptian woman to lead a corporate

venture capital fund in Africa, she plays a

pioneering role in bridging corporate

innovation with high-growth startup

ecosystems across emerging markets.

With over a decade of experience in

entrepreneurship, venture capital, and

innovation, Nada has worked with

institutions including the Central Bank of

Egypt and the European Union, and now

leads strategic investments across fintech,

mobility, logistics, and industrial

technologies. A serial entrepreneur, she

brings an operational lens to investing and

actively mentors early-stage founders across

Egypt and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Nada is a member of Global Women in VC

and a frequent speaker at leading

international technology and investment

forums across Africa and the Middle East.
