Mahmoud Gebril joined Beltone Markets Division- one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the MENA region – in March 2024 as Managing Director & Head of Product Development in the markets division. With over 25 years of experience in treasury management, asset management, in the financial services industry in Egypt, he drives the company’s strategic growth and development.
Gebril was previously the Head of corporate finance at Financial Regulatory Authority (2019-2023). Prior to that, he began his career in the banking sector with Misr Iran Development bank in field of capital market and dealing room (1997-2006), Gebril joined National Fund Management Company (2006-2007), responsible for fixed income and equity capital markets and asset management, he was appointed executive manager, he has equipped as Managing Director of AMWAL financial investments (2007-2019). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University, A Capital Markets analysis postgraduate diploma from Faculty of Economics & Political Science – Cairo University and A Fundamentals of Islamic Finance Diploma from “IFF” London.
