Khaled Hesham Fathallah is Director of AI at Robusta Technology Group, where he leads the AI practice across Cairo, Riyadh, and Berlin. He builds production GenAI systems — retrieval, multi-agent orchestration, and LLMOps — for enterprise clients across retail, telecom, and manufacturing. A computer engineer by training, he's spent a decade shipping software before AI, and it shows in how he builds it.
