KHALED EL DESSOUKY

Khaled El Dessouky is a senior business leader and executive advisor with more than 25 years of experience across multinational organizations, industries and markets.

He is General Manager of SKF Egypt and CEO of KD Consult, where he advises CEOs, senior executives and business leaders on leadership, organizational transformation and strategic execution. Across four multinational organizations and seven industries, he has led through different business cultures, operating environments and stages of growth.

His work centres on one question: how do leaders build organizations that can grow beyond their own personal involvement?

At Techne Summit, Khaled brings practical leadership lessons from the corporate world to founders, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders making the shift from building the business themselves to leading an organization that can run without them.
