Jerome Challandard

Jerome Challandard is a senior transformation executive with more than 20 years of international experience leading business and technology transformation programs across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. During his career at Accenture, he led complex initiatives spanning strategy, digital, operations, supply chain, ERP modernization, shared services, and enterprise transformation across life sciences, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, and industrial sectors.

Based in Dubai for the past decade, Jerome founded and developed Accenture’s Life Sciences practice in the Middle East, supporting pharmaceutical companies, healthcare distributors, and public sector institutions on strategic healthcare and manufacturing initiatives. His work included pharmaceutical strategic stock programs for Saudi Arabia, digital health platforms, patient support programs, pharmaceutical manufacturing transformation, and healthcare operating model redesign.

In parallel, Jerome became a recognized leader in the consumer goods and food industries, advising groups on supply chain modernization, digital manufacturing, AI-enabled analytics, food security initiatives, and large-scale operating model transformation.

Jerome is now Chief Business Officer at Blue Bridge, an AI-native system integrator helping enterprises redesign how work gets done with AI. His career has consistently combined business transformation with technology innovation, making his move into AI a natural evolution focused on helping organizations transition from traditional digital transformation toward AI-enabled enterprise reinvention.
