I'm the Founder and Managing Director of Forefront Consulting and a strategy advisor to CEOs, founders, and

boards. Over the past fifteen years I've worked with groups, enterprises, and mid- sized businesses in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia; helping them turn complex challenges into structured, executable growth strategies.

My focus is the hard part of strategy: execution. I help leaders cut through complexity , align their teams around a clear direction, and build the discipline that turns ambition into measurable outcomes.

Beyond client work, I'm invested in the strategy conversation in the region — convening C-level leaders and
