Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), leveraging technology as a catalyst for progress.
In her role as Advisor to the Minister for Digital Community Development and National Project
Director of the Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development program, a collaboration
between MCIT and the UNDP, she has led initiatives that have transformed the lives of thousands
of women, youth, and individuals with disabilities. Projects such as Qodwa.tech and the
Presidential Telemedicine Initiative, both under her leadership, have demonstrated the

Diplomacy category, and received the African ICT Community Development Award (AFICTA,
2024) in recognition of her track record of impactful community initiatives. Furthermore, her
projects have received more than 32 global awards, including the Arab Council for Youth Award,
the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prize, and the Prince Talal Award for Human
Development, highlighting her innovative leadership and executive management in sustainable
development.
As a member of the Specialized Advisory Presidential Council for Community Development, Eng.
Dahroug provides strategic guidance on policies promoting inclusive digital transformation and
technological innovation. Her deep involvement in initiatives like the Saving Street Children
Initiative and Taheel, a program advocating for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the
workforce, showcases her passion for creating inclusive solutions that leave no one behind.

Her academic qualifications
Paris Sorbonne University, and a Bachelor's in
Electronics and Communication from Cairo University. These credentials, along with her strong

international organizations.
