Hilda Louca is Managing Director of Converted, a next-generation AdTech and marketing
automation platform helping businesses grow through AI-driven advertising and data
intelligence. Converted is building the digital commerce infrastructure of the MENA region,
serving over 5,000 businesses across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and expanding regionally through
its Pay, Orders and Leads product lines.
Prior to Converted, Hilda founded MITCHA, Egypt's leading multi-brand fashion marketplace,
which was acquired by Converted. She has been recognized by Forbes Middle East among the
100 Most Powerful Businesswomen for two consecutive years (2023, 2024), and a
Shark on the first season of Shark Tank Egypt.
