Hassan El Sokary

Hassan Elsokkary is a global executive, board advisor, and venture investor with over three decades of experience leading digital transformations at the intersection of technology, policy, and human impact. His career is marked by scaling national infrastructure and innovative platforms in cybersecurity, healthtech, and edtech across the MENA region.

Formerly a global leader at Vodafone and CEO of eHealth, Hassan has spearheaded multi-million dollar initiatives, including Egypt’s nationwide health insurance digitalization and large-scale educational ERP modernization. He currently serves on the boards of e-finance Investment Group, the Universal Health Insurance Authority, Elevate Capital, and Innovation University, while chairing Qualidev and QETRAA. As a co-founder of VITA Venture Studio and an active mentor at the AUC Venture Lab, Hassan is dedicated to cultivating deep-tech ecosystems and advancing ethical AI implementation.
