Balsam AlAyoub is a pioneering Kuwaiti athlete, humanitarian, international speaker, artist, fashion designer, and prominent advocate for women’s empowerment, with a professional journey spanning more than 30 years.
A former Kuwait National Team athlete, Balsam has dedicated her career to empowering women and youth through sport, education, leadership, humanitarian initiatives, and community engagement. Her contributions have received international recognition through numerous awards, fellowships, leadership programmes, and speaking engagements at conferences and international events.
In recent years, Balsam has expanded her work into the fields of technology and artificial intelligence, combining emotional intelligence, an understanding of human behaviour, communication, and innovation. Through her work as an AI conversation designer and prompt and instruction specialist, she focuses on creating more effective, intuitive, and human-centred interactions between people and artificial intelligence technologies
