Ayman is a pioneering finance professional and Co-founder and CEO of
Exits Me. With over a decade of experience in investment banking, he has
worked with prominent global and regional financial institutions, including
the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for
Reconstruction & Development (EBRD), and the Arab African International
Bank. Ayman has advised on investment and debt deals exceeding USD
1.5 billion, demonstrating his expertise in high-stakes financial
transactions across diverse sectors such as fintech, telecom, renewable
energy, healthcare, and more. He excels in business planning, financial
analysis, and deal lifecycle management, including legal, tax, and financial
due diligence. Academically, Ayman holds an MBA from the University of
Warwick, a Bachelor's in Accounting from the American University in Cairo,
and a project finance certificate from Harvard University, making him a
well-rounded and versatile leader in finance.
