Anna Pochikovskaya

Anna Pochikovskaya opened her first business at 14 - an online healthy bakery in Belarus that still operates today as a family business. She has been building ever since: Germany, Malta, and now the Middle East.

At 22 she founded WOMANIFEST, a conference and online platform for women's holistic wellbeing and leadership. It grew out of 30 events she hosted across 22 countries, each one built one personal invitation at a time.

Today it runs two sold-out European editions, an international online community & educational platform, and — on 31 October — Cairo will welcome its Middle East & Africa edition: 600+ women at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, convening founders, investors, operators and cultural leaders.

She is also a transformational coach and hypnotherapist. Her clients are founders and executives, and the work is the part of scaling that rarely makes it into a deck: identity, nervous system, and the capacity to hold what you have built while living a life of fulfilment.

Born in Belarus, educated in Germany, with 25 trips to Egypt, — she chose Cairo, not Dubai and not Riyadh, as the place to build from.
