Ahmed Sharabash

Ahmed has extensive experience advising high-growth companies, investors, and corporates on complex transactions and strategic matters, including cross-border M&A, venture capital, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. He has worked on several high-value transactions, including USD 466 million+ in major railway contracts, EGP 9 billion in infrastructure contracting, and syndicated loan transactions exceeding EGP 2 billion.

He is also a co-author of a legislative reform proposal for Egypt’s Telehealth and E-Pharmacy Law, reflecting his commitment to shaping the regulatory landscape for digital health and innovation in the region. Ahmed regularly advises on the legal and regulatory implications of emerging technologies, helping founders, investors, and enterprises navigate complex legal environments and scale sustainably.

Ahmed holds an LL.M. from the University of East London and an LL.M. from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, in addition to an LL.B. from Alexandria University. He is a licensed Egyptian lawyer.
