Ahmed Farouk is a technology entrepreneur and business consultant with 25+ years of experience building and leading technology-driven businesses across Egypt, MENA, and the GCC.
He began his entrepreneurial journey in the early days of the internet, co-founding Mazika.com in 1998 and ArabicCards.com, and later founding ArabLeadz.com, one of the region’s early digital advertising businesses. Mazika became a pioneering Arabic digital music platform and was subsequently acquired by LINKdotNET.
Ahmed went on to hold senior leadership roles across technology, digital platforms, fintech, and financial information, including General Manager of Mubasher.info and CEO of DirectFN Egypt.
He also founded QuantRobots, an AI-based algorithmic trading platform, taking it from concept to a revenue-generating business.
Today, Ahmed advises founders, digital platforms, and fintechs on growth, digital transformation, monetization, and expansion, while supporting investors with technology and operational due diligence.
