Walid Al.Engbawy

Al.Engbawy has 25+ years of experience in many fields such as Projects Management, Leading Training Programs (Communications, Information Technology and Management), Learning and Development. On the practical side, he participated and was involved in many National Projects in Egypt such as (but not limited to):

• Professional Training Project for young Egyptian Graduates over 5 years that led to more than 35,000 ICT Professionals in the market during his work in Ministry of communications.

• The ICDL "International Computer Driving License" Scholarship for the Government Employees over 3 years that led to more than 30,000 ICDL Certified Employees during his work in Ministry of State for Administrative Development .

• Designing and supervision for countless of “Middle and Senior Managers Programs” in the field of Management for both public and privet sector for more than 40,000 trainees during his work in National Management Institute.

He conducted and managed 500+ training courses in different ICT & Business areas including, but not limited to, IT, Project Management, Operations Management, etc. Received reputable certifications in training, facilitation and other technical aspects including, TTT Certified Trainer, Business, Telecom Certified Trainer, and others.

He graduated from Communications & Electronics Engineering Dept., Faculty of Engineering and Technology, from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in Alex. 1997, later he completed Master studies in the field of Quality Management in 2012.Currently he is the Executive director for both DEMI and DECI affricated from MCIT that successfully conducted training programs for more than 250k students all over Egypt.
