Stefano Mazzone is the General Manager of Roche Egypt, Pharma organization. He brings international leadership experience across Roche Italy, the EEMEA region, Pharma International headquarters, and the Middle East, with a strong track record across commercial leadership, market access, business transformation, and ecosystem collaboration.

Throughout his career, Stefano has worked across mature and emerging healthcare systems, supporting scalable solutions in environments where healthcare needs are complex and resources are often under pressure. His leadership is shaped by a belief that meaningful healthcare progress happens when people, partners, and ecosystems work together around what matters most.

Stefano holds a Master’s in Healthcare Management and Policy from Bocconi University, as well as degrees in Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Milan.
