Sherin Wafaai

Sherin's mixed background of Psychology, User Experience and Therapy allows her to see users beyond the interface. 10 years ago UX was about "How does it work?", now it's about "How does it feel?". Empathy is what allowed her to lead the UX research project on Egypt's Masr el Rakameya digital platform.

She believes Ai can be the best assistant to free up time to do real research and design incredible intuitive experiences. She's also the co-owner of two restaurants, bäxters european kitchen and PaoPao | Edgy Asian. Still creating experiences, just more delicious ones!
