Dr. Sameh Elsayed Ibrahim is a senior executive with over 32 years of experience across the construction and real estate sectors. He currently serves as CEO of Misr Elgdida for Housing and Development, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, develops partnerships with major real estate companies, oversees the development of New Heliopolis City, and drives the company’s long-term sustainability and expansion strategy.
Throughout his career, Sameh has held senior leadership positions including CEO of El Nasr General Contracting – Hassan Mohamed Allam, CEO of ECD/EPMC, COO of Dar for Construction and Development, COO of Rooya Development, and CEO and Board Member of DETAC Group. During his tenure at DETAC, he led the company to Class 1 classification and oversaw the delivery of 50 residential, commercial, and industrial projects valued at more than EGP 3 billion.
A civil engineer by training, Sameh holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, an MBA from Port Said University, and a DBA from Ain Shams University, in addition to a Leadership Diploma and professional certifications in planning, cost control, contracts, bids, FIDIC, and quality and environmental management.
His expertise spans corporate strategy, business development, large-scale project management, organizational transformation, financial planning, talent development, and stakeholder management, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and translating strategic objectives into sustainable business growth.
