He is CISM, PMP, ITIL & CSI certified in addition to having over 40 Technical, business training, and hands-on implementation and auditing experience in ISO9000, ISO20000, ISO27001, ISO22301, SAS-70, PCI-DSS, Process Management (Documentation & Auditing). Osama speaks fluently Arabic, English, French and can understand & manage with Italian.
