Germine Bouchnack is an Executive Director at Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), with over nine years of experience across venture capital, banking, and the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Prior to joining MEVP, Germine was part of the investment team at Flat6Labs, where she helped manage a portfolio of more than 55 startups across diverse sectors. She previously worked at Commercial International Bank (CIB), where she collaborated with senior management on the strategic transformation of the bank’s SME Banking business, including its strategy, products, and processes.
Germine holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Technology, with a double major in Economics and Finance, from the German University in Cairo. Her engagement with entrepreneurship began during her undergraduate years, when she led several entrepreneurial initiatives and conducted her bachelor’s thesis on Egypt’s SME financing landscape.
