Leadership rarely fails on one big decision. It fails in the small calls made under pressure — stepping in because it's faster, holding a decision because reversing it looks weak, letting a problem circle a room that nobody owns.
This is not a talk about leadership. Khaled El Dessouky puts the room into five real decisions, one at a time. Participants choose, defend the choice, and then unpack how the thinking has to change once results stop depending only on your own work.
Drawing on 25+ years leading multinational organizations across seven industries, the session is built for founders, team leads and anyone whose results now depend on other people.
