SMEs today need more than isolated tools, they need an ecosystem that connects customers, partners, payments, and digital services into one smooth experience. This workshop will explore how a “connected ecosystem” helps SMEs grow faster, reduce operational friction, and improve customer experience through better integration across the business journey.
Attendees will learn practical ways to connect key business functions (sales, invoicing, payments, procurement, managing employees and delivery), unlocking new opportunities whether that means expanding to new markets, improving cash flow, or increasing trust and transparency.
The session combines insight, real-world examples, and interactive discussion to help SMEs understand what “connected” looks like in practice and how to take actionable steps toward implementation.
