Egypt's construction industry is undergoing a digital transformation, driven by rapid urban development and an increasingly diverse portfolio of projects spanning smart cities, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial developments, mixed-use destinations, infrastructure, and commercial real estate. As these sectors evolve, technologies such as BIM, digital twins, AI-powered project management, drones, IoT, robotics, and data-driven decision-making are redefining how projects are designed, built, and operated.
This session brings together industry leaders, developers, consultants, contractors, and technology innovators to explore how digital transformation is improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing safety, and delivering smarter, more sustainable projects across every asset class. Discussions will also address the challenges of technology adoption, workforce upskilling, cybersecurity, and the integration of digital solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
As Egypt continues to invest in landmark developments and next-generation communities, this conversation will highlight how technology is enabling the successful delivery of increasingly diverse projects while positioning the country's construction sector as a regional leader in innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.
