From open source to VC-backed, from context to physical AI - some of the most interesting AI work happening right now is being done by people you haven't heard of. Each of them is taking on a question nobody has settled, and shipped their answer. Where does determinism end and reasoning begin? When the model already knows things and can search the web and your data, how do you determine what's important? Does the interface have to be a chat box? You're answering these questions every day within your own company whether you've noticed it or not. An hour on what they built, why it matters to you, and how to answer the same questions in your own work.
