What does it take to build a business that creates value beyond its founders? This conversation brings together two leaders from different entrepreneurial journeys to explore the choices that shape companies for the long term, from defining a purpose that extends beyond financial returns, to making strategic decisions around capital, growth, talent, and succession. The discussion will examine what it takes to build institutions that endure, adapt across generations, and create lasting impact in their industries and communities.
