This interactive workshop explores how brands can better understand their audiences and create experiences that deliver real value, helping people participate, stay motivated, build healthier habits, and develop stronger connections with brands and communities.
Drawing on insights from sports, wellness, healthcare, and consumer behavior, the session looks beyond traditional marketing to explore the full journey from interest to action, experience, habit, and loyalty.
Participants will leave with a practical framework for designing experiences that are not only good for business, but genuinely meaningful for the people they serve.
